What it is
PREP is a follow-up to your formal rehabilitation program. Very different from personal training, PREP bridges the gap between physical therapy and personal training to jump start your new exercise regime, targeting your whole body in the process. Our trained specialist will work with you individually or in a small group to teach you the dos and don’ts of strength and resistance training, stretching and other important activities. Plus, he’ll keep an eye on your technique and alter your program as he sees fit
